What you'll do

• Handle personal injury claims involving motor vehicle and trucking incidents, premises liability, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death
• take and defend depositions
• argue motions
• work with experts
• mediate, arbitrate, and try cases
• evaluate case selection and value
• build relationships in the Seattle legal community
• work with a dedicated paralegal.
