What you'll do

• Manage client accounts and project coordination

• enter new, upgrade, downgrade, and disconnect service orders
• solicit vendor quotes
• resolve escalated orders and issues
• track open orders
• coordinate circuit installations
• prepare customer activations and disconnections
• communicate schedule and budget risks.
