What you'll do

• Manage assigned key accounts and market-segment activity
• handle orders, quotations, bids, order entry, customer feedback, and account administration
• respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• track orders through their lifecycle
• maintain account contacts and communication files
• coordinate with purchasing, manufacturing, shipping, scheduling, and engineering
• develop ERP and product knowledge.
