The role exists to strengthen execution and support the firm’s growth and operational health.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor office leaders and department managers
• standardize and audit operating procedures
• partner with managing attorneys on workflows, case progression, and utilization
• work with the CEO and CFO on budgets and financial metrics
• coordinate handoffs across Legal, Intake/Sales, Marketing, HR, IT, and Finance
• oversee facility expansions, physical security, IT resources, and vendor contracts.
