• Develop dashboards, tools, and reporting systems

• develop KPIs across business functions
• coordinate internal staff and outside resources for monthly financial statements, cash management, banking relations, and financial analysis
• develop annual forecasts and budgets
• lead financial planning, cash management, and budget management.
