Territory Sales Manager, Flooring Specification

The Territory Sales Manager, Flooring Specification role is based onsite in San Jose, CA, with territory coverage across the San Francisco Bay Area and travel throughout the area. Compensation is $100,000–$130,000 per year. The role promotes Metropolitan’s hardwood flooring brands and products. The role exists to grow territory sales and brand presence by building relationships with dealers, builders, showrooms, and architecture and design firms. It supports product specification and client service through product expertise, presentations, and coordination with internal teams.

What you'll do

• Develop relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, and architecture and design firms
• respond to product, pricing, and specification inquiries
• manage sales pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce
• maintain sample inventory and displays
• conduct presentations and showroom visits
• provide technical product, installation, and sustainability information
• coordinate with operations, marketing, and customer service
• participate in trade shows and regional events.
