Compensation is $72,400–$90,000 per year. The Assistant Director Learning Services, Office of Innovation is an onsite role based in Cincinnati, OH. for this position, which supports the Cincinnati Innovation District by enabling and delivering high-quality Learning Lab experiences for partners and allies. This role exists to drive the logistics, design, and facilitation of immersive learning experiences such as workshops and sprints. It contributes to the university's mission by fostering relationships with faculty and staff, managing the opportunity pipeline, and ensuring that all learning initiatives are delivered on schedule and budget.

What you'll do

• Own logistics and coordination with CID Partners
• assist with design and facilitation of workshops, retreats, and sprints
• build the Learning Lab opportunity pipeline
• lead project management of learning experiences
• drive collaboration and accountability
• foster relationships with UC faculty and staff
• prototype new immersive learning experiences
• track and report value of experiences
• provide event logistics support
• advise leadership on best practices
• manage co-op/intern students
• provide supervision to staff.
