Working with the Center Director, the assistant director helps manage center operations, student learning plans, parent communication, tutor development, and performance reporting. The role exists to keep instruction and daily operations running smoothly while contributing to student success and center goals.

• Create individualized math plans, reassess students, and update parents by email or text
