Garden Center Merchandiser

The Garden Center Merchandiser role is onsite in Merrimack, NH. Pay is $16.50–$18.50 per hour. The position reports to a Senior Merchandising Regional Manager and supports live-goods displays for GMS customers. The role maintains attractive, organized garden center displays and inventory, following plan-o-grams and company procedures. By coordinating with store personnel and communicating with field leadership, the merchandiser helps keep products presented and maintained appropriately.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain professional relationships with store personnel
• unload racks and build displays according to plan-o-grams
• ensure merchandise is condensed and signed properly
• remove distressed products
• keep display areas clean and organized
• assist with the CVP process to minimize markdowns and shrink
• merchandise indoor and outdoor display areas
• communicate daily with the manager
• follow company procedures and use required apps
• assist with assembling tables and racks.
