What you'll do

• Prepare conflict-check reports
• analyze new-business conflict searches and intake forms
• oversee conflicts review for lateral attorney and new-hire candidates
• research prospective clients and corporate entities
• update conflicts and financial databases
• consult with conflicts attorneys
• follow up on unresolved issues
• respond to department inquiries
• assist with team training and special projects.
