Polymer Production Operator

Job overview

The Polymer Production Operator role is onsite in Casa Grande, AZ. The schedule is 6:00 AM–4:30 PM Monday through Thursday, with Friday overtime. Pay is $25 per hour. ACO, Inc. manufactures products on a production line. The operator safely controls production equipment and prepares molded products for curing and inspection. The role supports product quality and production flow by cleaning and assembling molds, inspecting output, and maintaining a safe, orderly work area.

What you'll do

• Clean mold jackets and cores
• remove flashing
• visually inspect products and report questionable quality
• place acceptable products in curing racks or scrap unacceptable items
• move cured products to pallets or patch areas
• apply liquid hot wax to mold surfaces
• clean knockouts
• reassemble mold jackets and end caps
• ensure rails and inner bars are correctly seated
• maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area
• follow company policies and procedures.
