What you'll do

• Organize projects and ensure foremen execute the plan
• use bid documents to plan equipment, staffing, and materials
• select and manage subcontractors and suppliers
• coordinate engineering submissions
• create and update long- and short-term schedules
• survey work points and elevations from plans
• track labor and total job costs
• submit required materials to owners
• coordinate force-account and change work
• attend field operations meetings
• communicate plans and corrective actions to crews
• provide foremen with needed resources.
