Client Service Representative

The Client Service Representative works onsite in Boynton Beach, FL. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour, commensurate with licensure and experience. What you'll do

• Greet clients and patients
• manage check-in and check-out
• communicate by phone, email, and mail
• schedule and confirm appointments and route requests
• communicate about hospital services
• maintain patient records and attach prior records
• process payments, refunds, deposits, and end-of-day financial tasks
• fill veterinary prescriptions and provide instructions
• assist with product sales and inventory
• support veterinary staff and maintain a clean, safe environment.
