Significant or high-exposure matters are escalated to the Chief Legal Officer.

What you'll do

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate commercial agreements
• identify contractual risks and escalate material deviations. Provide construction and operational legal support, research licensing requirements, and assist with liens, claims, project disputes, and documentation. Support litigation and dispute resolution, corporate entity matters, regulatory and employment-law research, legal operations, outside counsel coordination, and legal training.
