What you'll do

• Oversee daily branch operations, warehouse logistics, fleet management, and safety compliance
• manage budgets, expenses, pricing, profit margins, and P&L
• recruit, train, supervise, and mentor employees and drivers
• develop contractor relationships and support counter sales
• manage inventory, purchasing, merchandising, and vendor relationships
• identify opportunities to grow sales and the customer base.
