Guest Services Associate — Mid and PM Shifts

The Guest Services Associate is an onsite role at Club Wyndham Governor's Green Resort in Williamsburg, VA. The starting pay is $17–$19 per hour. The position works primarily mid shifts from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm and PM shifts from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, including weekends and holidays. What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• guide registration and issue unit keys
• share resort and area information
• process cash and card transactions
• balance receipts and complete cashiering duties
• complete checkouts and verify guest folios
• reserve and confirm individual or group reservations
• provide room rate quotes
• respond to guest questions and concerns.
