What you'll do

• Manage and retain existing retirement plan clients
• conduct plan reviews, fee benchmarking, and investment-menu due diligence
• support fiduciary governance and compliance timelines
• coordinate with recordkeepers, TPAs, and ERISA counsel
• develop new business and manage proposals
• and provide enrollment meetings, individual consultations, and group education for plan participants.
