What you'll do

• Develop and implement strategic HR plans
• direct HR management, training, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and talent acquisition
• ensure compliance with regulatory authorities
• lead talent acquisition efforts
• manage HRIS database
• prepare reports for the CEO.
