The Registered Nurse (RN) — Surgical Unit — Nights role is onsite in Norman, OK. Compensation is $27.83–$45.46 per hour, depending on experience, with a $3.00-per-hour night differential and a $3.00-per-hour weekend differential. Norman Regional’s 32-bed Surgical Unit cares for patients with surgical and nonsurgical conditions. The RN assesses patients, develops nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes, coordinates evidence-based care, and evaluates results. The nurse collaborates with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to support safe, compassionate treatment and discharge planning.

• Assess and reassess patient needs
