Customer Service Coordinator

Job overview

What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and in person
• schedule service appointments, installations, deliveries, and follow-ups
• maintain customer accounts and records
• process orders, payments, and invoices
• troubleshoot customer issues
• manage inbound service leads in the CRM
• and coordinate communication among sales, service, and installation teams. Assist with marketing programs and lead generation.
