The Commercial Construction Estimator role is an onsite position in Richardson, TX, with a stated salary of $100,000–$130,000 plus bonus opportunities. The role supports the client’s Dallas team on multifamily and other commercial projects. The estimator prepares accurate cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bid packages by reviewing project documents and coordinating pricing with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors. The work helps the team submit timely, accurate, and competitive proposals while refining estimating processes.

What you'll do

• Perform quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and bid proposals
• manage bid solicitations and client relationships
• review plans, specifications, and related documents
• gather pricing with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• maintain spreadsheets and project data
• use Procore and Onscreen Takeoff
• deliver bid packages
• refine estimating processes.
