What you'll do

• Monitor and check on assigned residents
• observe, report, and document changes in condition
• respond to resident call bells and security systems
• assist with continence care, meals, hygiene, mobility, and activities of daily living
• maintain resident-room cleanliness
• assist with medication observation and documentation
• report medication concerns
• restock medication carts
• record vital signs.
