What you'll do

• Oversee daily Health Club operations and service, cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and presentation
• lead fitness programming, personal training, classes, inductions, wellness services, and member events
• manage recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, payroll, and performance
• monitor utilization and service performance
• partner on budgets, expenses, revenue, and targets
• collaborate with Membership, Marketing, Events, Food & Beverage, and other teams
• maintain operational records
• manage vendors, purchasing, equipment maintenance, inspections, and repairs
• maintain procedures and training materials
• support new services, renovations, openings, and operational changes
• respond to member feedback and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
