What you'll do
- Monitor entry to and exit from the commissioning area
- confirm entrants are authorized, trained, and equipped with required PPE
- verify a Take Five risk assessment before first entry each day
- monitor barricades and restricted areas
- observe LOTO compliance and commissioning work
- promptly report unauthorized access or safety deviations to the Project Site Supervisor.
