Sales Inspector

What you'll do

• Inspect crawl spaces and identify moisture, water intrusion, rot, insect, and structural issues
• measure and quantify damage and needed repairs
• create scopes of work
• explain findings and recommendations to customers
• track and close sales leads
• communicate scopes with office staff and repair crews
• collaborate with local operations, assist with dispatch and quality checks, participate in networking and marketing, and maintain sales metrics.
