What you'll do

• Represent clients in real estate litigation through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and trial
• conduct legal research and analysis
• draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents
• attend hearings and oral arguments and participate in settlement conferences
• manage cases, deadlines, and client needs
• collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff
• maintain client relationships and provide case updates
• monitor changes in real estate law and integrate relevant knowledge into representation and business development.
