What you'll do

• Perform residential repair, maintenance, and remodeling across carpentry, painting and drywall, plumbing, electrical, and smart-home installation
• maintain home systems and appliances on preventive maintenance schedules for route homes
• provide customer service and build relationships with members
• and use the company app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules. Requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in handyman, maintenance, carpentry, remodeling, or another multi-trade residential role
• a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and own tools. No contractor, electrical, or plumbing license is required.
