Food & Beverage Lead

The Food & Beverage Lead role is onsite in Cheyenne, WY. Compensation starts at $20.00 per hour. The role oversees daily and hourly operations of the food and beverage department. What you'll do

• Operate restaurant and beverage service as directed by the manager
• follow cash handling and reconciliation procedures
• provide suggestions and reports to food and beverage leadership
• maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment
• communicate with the culinary team
• inspect and maintain equipment
• direct and guide staff during shifts
• provide information at pre-shift meetings
• order and receive supplies with manager approval
• assist with beverage production and cashiering
• train new employees
• sell alcoholic beverages and food following TipS guidelines.
