What you'll do

• Depending on the client’s needs, assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• provide companionship
• plan and prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes
• provide medication reminders and mobility or transfer assistance
• provide transportation or run errands when included in the care plan
• follow the established plan of care
• communicate changes or concerns to the ARIS care team.
