What you'll do

• Maintain a caseload of at-risk learners and provide support and behavioral interventions
• conduct group sessions in special education and general education settings
• share community resources with students and families
• develop student goals and growth plans, monitor progress, and communicate outcomes
• support students across assigned schools.
