Contracts Analyst

The Contracts Analyst position is onsite in Weatherford, TX, with a standard schedule of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Compensation is not specified. The role supports CROM’s construction projects and contract work across its lines of business. The analyst supports contract preparation, review, negotiation, and execution while helping project teams understand and mitigate contractual risk. The role coordinates with Risk, Legal, Sales, Operations, bidding, and project teams to support compliant agreements and reduce risk exposure.

What you'll do

• Support preparation, negotiation, and execution of commercial contracts
• advise bidding and project teams on insurance, bonds, subcontracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements
• coordinate with Risk and Legal and advise project management on contractual risk
• prepare contract risk summaries and reviews
• participate in risk and management reviews
• support negotiations with contractors, vendors, and clients
• escalate complex contract issues
• draft bid risk reviews and requests for information
• evaluate motor vehicle records and driving privilege recommendations
• provide pre-claim and claim support.
