The Metal Injection Molding Operations Manager role is onsite in Rockford, IL, with a base salary of $145,000–$165,000 per year plus a 20% bonus. Paid relocation is offered, with nationwide recruiting. The role advances a manufacturer’s new Metal Injection Molding growth area and reports to the Director of Engineering. The manager leads day-to-day MIM production and serves as the organization’s technical leader for the process. The role develops the technical team and works with the metallurgist and customers to deliver quality, cost, and delivery outcomes and support future business growth.
