Part-Time Facilities Technician I

What you'll do

• Provide facility and venue support during shows and events, including HVAC maintenance and repairs
• adjust equipment controls and valves
• assist and supervise contractors and vendors
• coordinate facilities supplies and inventory
• maintain public and non-public areas during performances as needed
• perform multi-craft work including locksmith, custodial, carpentry, plumbing, general repairs, painting, and event setup
• care for equipment
• inspect buildings and systems
• maintain logs and records for building systems, HVAC, and maintenance
• assist with event setup and strikes.
