Seasonal Store Manager

The Seasonal Store Manager role is onsite in Clearwater, FL, with pay of $18–$21 per hour. What you'll do

• Recruit, interview, and hire seasonal Sales Associates
• lead store operations
• pursue sales targets
• train and coach associates
• maintain customer engagement standards
• monitor performance and report employee relations issues
• ensure policy, safety, and loss-prevention compliance
• report workplace injuries
• and complete training and operational tasks.
