What you'll do

• Inspect buildings and grounds and arrange or perform needed maintenance. Correct unsafe conditions or report them to a supervisor
• maintain inventories and complete work orders. Set up and break down rooms, assist with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work, move and repair furniture and equipment, and maintain preventive maintenance schedules. Drive company vehicles for pickups and deliveries and conduct weekly visits to satellite campuses.
