The attorney advises and represents condominium and homeowners associations on governance, collections, covenant enforcement, contracts, disputes, and litigation. The role supports association boards by helping them meet legal requirements and manage their matters, including under Florida condominium and homeowners’ association laws.

What you'll do

• Advise and represent condominium and homeowners associations on collections, covenant enforcement, litigation, and governance
• draft, interpret, and enforce governing documents
• resolve disputes and manage delinquent assessment collections
• review and negotiate vendor contracts
• oversee board elections and statutory compliance
• prepare legal documents and opinions
• represent associations in litigation, arbitration, and mediation
• provide legal updates
• advise boards on compliance, construction defect claims, developer turnover, and insurance matters
• attend association meetings
• manage an independent caseload.
