What you'll do

• Provide comfort and companionship
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and repositioning
• help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal or snack preparation when appropriate
• follow the hospice care plan and report changes in physical or emotional condition
• maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and company policies
• document daily care and communicate with other caregivers
• respect client dignity, cultural beliefs, and end-of-life wishes.

Why this role
