Commercial Lines Account Manager

What you'll do

• Respond to client and company calls
• request renewal information and applications
• assist with application amendments
• contact insureds for renewal information at least 90 days in advance or as directed
• service accounts to prevent coverage gaps
• assist with claims
• coordinate with marketing on markets and ratings
• prepare binders, certificates, endorsements, policies, and related documents
• maintain AMS360 records
• and coordinate billing and producer updates.
