Behavioral Care Coordinator

What you'll do

• Participate in clinical training, case consultation, and biweekly clinical oversight
• provide behavioral health assessments and therapeutic interventions to individuals or groups in long-term care settings under a clinical supervisor
• submit assessment and progress notes within 24 hours for review
• implement therapeutic programs as requested by partner facilities and approved by the supervisor
• perform non-violent crisis intervention as appropriate
• participate in case management as requested.
