The Foundry Operations Associate - Melt & Mold role is onsite in Waupaca, WI. Compensation is $20.40–$22.00 per hour, plus shift premiums. Waupaca Foundry makes iron castings and provides training for people without foundry experience. This associate supports safe, efficient foundry production by operating equipment, assisting with mold setup and metal pouring, and checking parts against quality specifications. Accurate production records and teamwork help maintain production standards.

What you'll do

• Run and monitor production and foundry equipment
• assist with mold setup, metal melt, and pouring
• inspect parts for quality
• maintain an orderly work area and follow safety standards including LOTO
• record production data
• participate in training.
