What you'll do

• Provide welcoming customer service and assist with front-desk operations
• open and close Learning Commons locations as assigned
• help students use tutoring, coaching, library, computer, copier, room-reservation, and book resources
• assist with student ID printing, Navigate scheduling, and 3D printers as needed
• support front-desk student workers
• and maintain student confidentiality under FERPA.
