What you'll do

• Set up the dishwashing station
• wash, sanitize, organize, and store dishes and cookware
• monitor chemical levels and water temperatures
• operate and clean dishwashing equipment
• report malfunctions and unsafe conditions
• clean kitchen equipment and surfaces
• maintain organized work and storage areas
• follow sanitation, food-safety, security, and emergency procedures
• assist with meeting-room setup or guest requests when assigned.
