What you'll do

  • Operate and tend machines molding urethane into belting products
  • run one belting line
  • monitor meters and gauges for temperatures, pressures, and cycle times
  • use measurement tools
  • operate meter mix systems
  • read work orders
  • follow ISO work instructions after training and sign-off
  • adjust equipment and processes to specifications
  • seek assistance to support production and minimize scrap
  • maintain an organized workspace using the 6S system
  • identify and report unsafe conditions
  • adapt to changing priorities.
