Product Support Technician

Job overview

The Product Support Technician role is onsite in Vermillion, SD, with field work and compensation of $28–$42 per hour. Masaba equipment support includes work at customer sites and Masaba manufacturing facilities. The technician troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs, and installs components on Masaba equipment to maintain factory specifications and proper system operation. The role also provides customer technical support and contributes to equipment inspections and department process improvements.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and diagnose Masaba equipment
• perform timely repairs and component installation
• provide customer support by phone, email, and text on maintenance and operational issues
• participate in follow-up meetings about engineering changes and upgrades
• assist with final equipment inspections and department process improvement. The posting requires willingness to work out of town, overtime, and weekends as needed.
