What you'll do

• Teach reading, writing, and math through practical activities
• adapt lessons and materials to student needs and IEP goals
• support communication, organization, problem-solving, self-advocacy, and daily routines
• use predictable routines, visual supports, accessible materials, and positive behavior strategies
• collect progress data and maintain records
• participate in IEP development and ARD meetings
• coordinate with families, teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers.
