What you'll do

• Monitor incoming loan-document requests and confirm underwriting conditions are cleared
• communicate with clients and escrow agents to obtain required items
• verify home-address consistency across appraisal, title, and tracking records
• enter loan data accurately
• order flood and tax certificates and home appraisals
• prepare and review loan documents and compliance materials
• gather and verify conditions with brokers, dealers, and borrowers
• coordinate with underwriting
• send completed packages to end lenders
• correct redirected files and track conditions and expirations
• maintain company policy compliance.
