What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for company drivers and owner-operators
• respond to candidate inquiries
• coordinate drug screenings, background checks, MVR reviews, and DOT verifications
• plan weekly orientations
• maintain accurate DOT-compliant records
• use ATS tools and generate reports
• collaborate with internal departments
• represent Venture at job fairs, CDL schools, and industry events.
