Curbside Associate

What you'll do

• Package and prepare orders for curbside pickup and delivery dispatch
• verify order contents, labels, and compliance
• assist curbside customers
• verify customer identification and information
• verify cash and process payments when applicable
• coordinate with dispatch
• maintain fulfillment documentation and a clean workspace
• promote loyalty, referrals, and promotions
• escalate customer issues when appropriate.
