The Direct Care Professional role is an onsite, full-time position in Jacksonville, IL. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
• support community involvement, appointments, social outings, and employment-related activities
• assist with medication routines, meals, housekeeping, and laundry
• support mobility and transfers
• document services and changes
• follow confidentiality and mandated-reporting requirements
• communicate with supervisors, clients, and natural supports
• participate in ongoing training.

Why this role

Requires at least one year of direct care, IDD and TBI, and in-home care experience; a high school diploma or GED; active Direct Support Professional status in the HCWR and approved DSP training; current CPR/First Aid certification; and a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
