The Multi-Studio Manager role is onsite across Stretch Zone studios in Fayetteville, AR, and Rogers, AR, with time split between locations. Pay is $22 per hour plus monthly performance bonuses. Stretch Zone practitioners help members improve athletic performance, range of motion, stiffness, and reaction time through assisted stretching. The role combines studio operations and hands-on client service to support membership growth and a strong member experience. It leads and develops staff, delivers practitioner-assisted stretching for about half the day, monitors performance, and helps both studios meet business goals.

What you'll do

• Lead, motivate, and schedule staff across both locations
• provide practitioner-assisted stretches for about half the day
• coach staff, review schedules, and follow up on missed appointments
• support membership sales and conversion goals
• review KPIs and performance metrics
• resolve member questions
• and help execute local marketing events.
